Block 6-- is reserved for interesting notes and includes only the element 600, of course repeatable to include every note we consider interesting enough. During discussion about the standard, we must decide what kind of notes are more appropriate. Also, we have to decide if we want to leave only one element in the block or divide the block in more than one element according to different kind of notes or delete the block and elements create in every block to include notes about the block.
