There are many municipalities in Italy that still depict ancient gods and goddesses on their official coats of arms, so our project "The myth where you don't expect it" must deal also with these.
Here is a list of the Municipalities that have a goddess or a god on their official coats of arms. In this page you won't find the images of these coats of arms because the Italian law says that every municipality can decide about the rules of reproduction of its coat of arms, that means that anyway you have to ask for the permission to reproduce it; this is true also for non-profit uses. To make things more simple, we just put the link to an authorized site, but not all images have a satisfactory quality.
